For most estate planning and business transactions, I bill on a flat fee basis. The method and price are simple and easy to understand. At our initial meeting, I’ll review your goals and determine how best to achieve them. I’ll then explain the flat fee for those services — no hidden costs and no surprises.
For matters that are billed based on a flat fee plus expenses, I provide total transparency and never mark up expenses for administrative overhead. You’ll see everything in writing before I begin work on your legal matter. I want you to have a clear understanding of the cost involved.
For complex work and for most types of litigation, I bill on an hourly basis or modified hourly basis, with the total fee linked to the outcome of the matter. I am happy to provide estimates of costs and, like flat fee work, will put everything in writing before I begin your work.
Your payment options include cash, check (with proper identification), Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
What else in life do you agree to purchase without knowing the price? Why should legal services be any different?
